How your data is protected

01Invite-only access
You sign in with a single-use magic link sent to your invited email address — there is no password to create, forget, or have stolen.
02Encryption at rest
Sensitive answers — tax IDs, account numbers, dates of birth — are encrypted at rest, not stored as plain text in our database.
03Corporate single sign-on
CCM staff never use a shared password to view submissions. Internal access is authenticated through corporate SSO and logged.
04Limited document transmission
Your completed documents are sent only to the fund administrator and the signature provider — nowhere else, for no other purpose.
